1. Create Maxjobs Profile:

Maxjobs is a CRM-integrated job portal that assists employers and you in developing strong relationships throughout the hiring process. Employers/recruiters benefit from Maxjobs because it allows them to advertise job openings to you, and you search for and apply for available positions, thereby participating in the hiring process. In a nutshell, Maxjobs acts as a link between you and the employer.
Register on Maxjobs and apply for jobs of your choice: Maxjobs sends your resume/application to employers when you apply for jobs on Maxjobs. If your resume is chosen for further consideration, the employer will contact you to learn more about you and to provide an overview of the hiring process. Maxjobs is designed in such a way that you can check the status of your application by logging into your Maxjobs account. There is no need to be concerned about the status of your application or the status of your hiring rounds. Your application's status will be automatically updated on your login dashboard.
Let employers find you using our pre-screened database: If you filled out your profile correctly and took the Maxjobs Employability Test (MET), you are in the Maxjobs pre-screened pool, and even if you haven't applied for any jobs, your chances of being shortlisted by the employer are good. Employers may not always post job openings, but they may view your resumes in the Maxjobs database and contact you on their own initiative. Make sure your Maxjobs profile is up to date with MET scores.

Your contact information, such as your email Id and mobile number, is required to register on Maxjobs. Recruiters/employers will need these details to contact you about your interest in working for them. Please provide your personal email ID and phone number while registering. If you do not already have an email Id, please create one and register.
It's as simple as that to reregister on Maxjobs.in. You can create an account by downloading the Maxjobs Android or iOS app. The Maxjobs apps is intended to improve your experience while applying for jobs and receiving updates from employers on your smartphone. Or Simply follow the steps outlined below if you are using smart phone, laptop and PCs:

  • In any web browser, enter https://maxjobs.in and you will land on the home page.
  • On the top right, click "register," then as a candidate.
  • Enter your personal email ID (you will be logged in to Maxjobs with your personal email ID and password; please remember/write down it), personal mobile number, and your unique passwords, then click Submit.
  • When you submit, Maxjobs will send you an email with a 6-digit "OTP" from no-reply@maxjobs.in to your email address. Please check your inbox, spam, and junk mail folders for it. Then enter the "OTP", you will be taken to your profile page. Fill out all of the required information and upload your resume here.
If you have Facebook or Google accounts, you can use them to register by clicking the links on the registration page. If you don't have one, don't register with other people's social accounts. We recommend that you should follow the above-mentioned guidelines.

Maxjobs always recommends that you keep your profile up-to-date by including your most recent achievements and that you do not leave any fields blank on your profile page. Employers /Recruiters can view information such as "when you last logged in and updated your profile" when searching the Maxjobs database for suitable candidates. In addition, applying for jobs with an incomplete profile lowers your chances of being shortlisted.
Clearly, failing to update your profile on a regular basis communicates to employers that you are not desperately looking for job; as a result, candidates with up-to-date, completely filled-out profiles will be contacted first. Therefore, having a fully 100% completed profile may influence your shortlisting.
We have weighted each field of your profile based on information that will be useful in shortlisting your resume. As a result, we recommend that you fill out all of the fields in order to achieve 100% and stand out from the competition.

If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it by entering your registered email address in the "forgot password" function. Please keep in mind that the following steps must be followed.

  • Simply click on the "Forget password" located beneath the login page details.
  • Enter your email address and click the Submit button. (an email address you used when registering to create your Maxjobs account; hopefully, you remember that), a message will appear on the screen informing you that Maxjobs has sent you an email to your registered email address.
  • Maxjobs will send you an email with a "link" to reset your password from no-reply@maxjobs.in Please look for it in your inbox, spam, and junk mail folders. When you click the "link," you will be taken to the "Reset Password" page. Please reset your password here and/or save it in your system so that you can easily login to your account again.

Follow these steps to update your profile on Maxjobs.in:

  • Enter your email ID and password to access your Maxjobs account. Use the email ID you provided when you registered with Maxjobs.
  • Go to the "My Profile Tap" given in the top left corner of the dash board page and click to view your profile.
  • At various parts on the profile page, an edit button appears, navigate to the profile part you want to edit and save it.

You will have a better chance of being shortlisted if you update your profile with your current location. Companies always prefer candidates who live close to their workplace.

2. Search & Apply:

Yes it is necessary, and you cannot apply for jobs without first registering on Maxjobs. You must first register, fill out your profile, and apply for jobs. Once registered, you will save time by filling out the standard information required by the employer each time you apply for a job

  • Companies may not always look for your resume; instead, they may include a "Job Application Form" with the job post, which you must fill out when applying. If you are already registered, the majority of the information on the Job Application form will be filled in for you automatically.
  • Maxjobs operates in a unique manner, serving both job seekers and employers. Opening an account on Maxjobs will help you get all of the information you need from the employer about your applications status, home and centre-based assessments, on-premises and remote video interviews, and fill out the onboarding form via your dash board on time.
  • We would appreciate it if you could register your profile and use the Maxjobs platform, which is designed to improve your and employers' experiences from the moment you apply for a job to the moment you start working for them.

When you enter maxjobs.in into any web browser, you will be taken to the home page, where you can view the "recent/fresh jobs" published in the last 7 days. If you find a job that interests you on home page, click on it, read the job description, and apply.

  • There is a search bar at the top of the page. You can use it to search for jobs, and it eventually takes you to the “entire job listing” page.
  • You can view the "entire job listing" page by going to the top of the navigation bar and clicking the "Browse Jobs" link to see all of the live job listings published on Maxjobs
  • On the right side of the "entire job listing” page, there is a search bar where you can enter key words such as key skills, job title, location, or company names and click to search for jobs. There are links on the page that allow you to search for jobs by category.
  • If you don't find the jobs you're looking for, change your search criteria. Filters can also be used to narrow down the results of a job search to the job for which you want to apply.
  • If you find a job that appeals to you, click "view" to learn more about it, and then click the "apply" button at the top right-hand corner.
  • You can view all job openings posted by the same employer on the "apply" job page. You are also welcome to apply for those positions if your qualifications match the job description.
  • Some jobs may require you to fill out a "job application form". You must fill out the application form completely to apply successfully.
Register on Maxjobs and apply for jobs of your choice: Maxjobs send your resume/application to employers as you apply for jobs on Maxjobs. If your resume is chosen for further consideration, the employer will contact you. You can also check the status of your application by logging into your Maxjobs account. There is no need to be concerned about what happened to your application. The status of your application will be automatically updated on your login dash board.

Yes, you are free to apply to as many jobs as you want on Maxjobs.in. There is no daily limit to how many resumes you can send to employers. However, before applying for the jobs, we recommend that you thoroughly read the job descriptions. If you do this, you will be more likely to be considered by employers if the job description matches your skills and qualifications.

Yes, you are free to apply to all jobs posted by the same company on Maxjobs. The likelihood of having all of your applications shortlisted for the next stage is ascertained by the company's hiring rules and policies. However, you can check their updated status by assessing your Maxjobs account.

Because Maxjobs is a rule-based system, employers generally feed the rules regarding their hiring rules and policies, and the system works accordingly. One general rule is that if any of your applications advance to the second stage of the hiring process and you attend that stage, the system will reject your other applications for other positions. Overall, it is determined by the rules that the employer enters into the system. For more information, we recommend that you contact the company's contact person.

If you were unable to attend, the company may or may not give you another chance. If you are shortlisted for other positions, the company may invite you to the next round for those positions as well. It all depends on the hiring rules and policies of the company.

Yes, you can, however, If you are not cleared at any of the hiring stages for the position previously advertised on Maxjobs by the same company, it is up to the company to determine how long it will take to reconsider your application for the same position advertised again on Maxjobs to which you have applied again. For more information, please check your Maxjobs account regularly or contact the company's contact person.

  • No, applying for jobs on Maxjobs is free of charge. You can apply unlimited jobs.
  • Genuine companies/recruiters NEVER call candidates to ask for money, either for their hiring rounds or to guarantee a job. If you are contacted in any way, please do not pay. It could be a job scam perpetrated by a single person or a group of imposters.
  • Maxjobs only serve as a technological platform that connects job seekers with employers'/recruiting agencies so that they can pursue mutual interests.
  • Hence, Maxjobs does not endorse or represent any employer, recruiter, or agency that sends you fraudulent mail, calls you, or contacts you in any other way. In fact, it is clearly a violation of our terms and conditions. You should also be wary of calls or emails purporting to be from Maxjobs employees. Maxjobs employees are the only ones who can send emails with the @maxjobs.in domain.
If you receive strange mail, phone calls, or text messages, be wary. Do not pay, and do not provide personal information; instead, go to the "Report Fraud" page and report it to us.

No, You cannot. It's also not technically possible because logging into your account and clicking on that specific job to apply again will display that you've already applied.
If you create a new account and reapply for the same position again, the system will flag your application as a duplicate in the employer's dashboard. If you continue to do so, your profile may be permanently blocked, making it impossible for you to apply for positions with the company in the near future.
However, you can apply for any open positions with the company using your Maxjobs account and In some senses, creating a new account to re-apply for the same positions is meaningless.

Some company, not all, gives their contact number or email Id while posting the Jobs. You can view their contact details under the Job description while applying. Also, a copy of Job description can be find in your “My applied Jobs tab”. You can contact them through.
To check the application status, Log in to your account and go to the “My applied jobs” tab to see all of the jobs you've applied for and their status. As you and the company proceed through the various phases and rounds of the recruiting process, your application status will change.

Simply put, Maxjobs is the job portal that brings job seekers and employers together during the recruitment process through its hiring platforms. Employees at Maxjobs have never asked job seekers for money in exchange for applying for jobs or guaranteed a job offer.
Please keep in mind that @maxjobs.in domain is used by Maxjobs personnel. If you observe a tiny change in the domain address, email will not be delivered from our end.

Job Application Form

A job application or employment application form, linked to the job, and filled out by job seekers to apply for jobs. Personal information, educational details, work experience, apprentice status, family history, COVID-19 status, and job-specific questionnaire are all sections of a job or employment application form. Marksheets, Pan and Aadhaar cards can be asked to be uploaded. The sections of a job application form that can be filled out differ greatly from one company to the next.

Yes, companies and recruiters can add an application form to their job postings on Maxjobs. You will not be able to send your resumes for these positions; instead, they will only consider your job application form, which must be filled out completely and submitted with all the requested documents.

The goal of the job application photograph is to produce the finest first impression possible; you want to show that you are qualified for the position. Companies always need a recent photo to put a face to the job applications.
As you apply for a job, you will be taken to a page where you must "click" to "take a snap short." As you click, the camera on your smart phone, or laptop, or PC will turn on, and you'll need to adjust your body posture to click a passport-sized selfie, then "click" to upload. Make sure you're not wearing a mask, the background is clean, and there's enough light in the room when taking the "passport photo," rather than a "Facebook selfie."

Yes, the job application form will be automatically added to your login dashboard once you submit it. You need to log into your account and go to My Applied Jobs, where you can view and download applications for each position you've applied for.

There are two possible responses.
First, it's likely that you've already applied for position and are attempting to reapply by creating a new account on Maxjobs. You will be unable to apply since the system only accepts one application per Aadhaar number in order to prevent duplication.
Second, it's possible that someone else has already applied using the same Aadhaar number as you. If this is the case, then Please contact us at support@maxjobs.in if you are certain you have not applied for a job and the page indicates that your Aadhaar number has already been registered while applying.

  • Job Title: Application received.
  • In Process: The company is reviewing your application
  • Selected: The company has selected your application for the next round—either assessment, interview, or onboarding.
  • Not Selected: The company has not selected your application for next round.

5. My Test:

In the centre-based assessment mode- you must report to the test centre/collage at the scheduled time and take the test on a computer provided by the canter. The testing environment is assisted and supervised by proctors/invigilators.
Home based assessment mode- You can take the test from the comfort of your own home, but you'll need a fast internet connection and a desktop or laptop with a web camera. You will be closely monitored via online proctoring.

Your QR code-based entrance card has a unique code. The ground staff will scan the QR code to ensure that your admit card is authentic; if it is, your attendance will be recorded in the system. Make sure to print and bring your admit card on the day of the assessment.

Simply log in to your Maxjobs account and look for the "My Test" tab on your dashboard. You can then view and print your admission card from there. It will have all of the information printed on it. Take a printout and arrive at the designated time and location to take the test. Companies may also mail your admission card to your registered mail ID.

It will take you to the test window, where you must enter the test activation code, which can be found on your admit card. you'll need a fast internet connection and a desktop or laptop with a web camera. You will be closely monitored via online proctoring.

Your unique set of test activation codes, which are printed on your admit card, will only work when you arrive at the centre and scan your admit card to mark your attendance, identify, and verify your documents in order to take the test. Test codes will not work unless your attendance has been marked.

It is the responsibility of the company to provide you with the test report. They may, however, send you an email if you pass or fail the test on the same day of assessment or at a later date of their choosing.

6. My Interview:

A video interview is a job interview that takes place remotely and uses video technology as the communication medium, such as Skype, Zoom, google meet and others, to set up a face-to-face meeting between the interviewee and the interviewer.
An in-person job interview is a face-to-face meeting between the interviewee and the interviewer. An in-person interview can last anywhere from 20 minutes to several hours. This is due to the fact that you may be required to participate in a series of on-premises interviews with various hiring managers.

Actually, in this mode, you only carry your interview admit card, which contains your interview activation code. When you arrive at the venue, you will not be required to fill out any forms or provide photocopies of your educational certificates or identification cards. All you have to do is tell the interviewers those codes. They will review all of your electronic documents in the system while meeting with you in person at the interview location.

Simply sign in to your Maxjobs account and go to the "My Interview" tab on your dashboard. You can then view and print your admission card, which includes instructions, guidelines, and a helpline phone number. Take a printout and arrive at the specified time and location for the interview. Your admission card may also be mailed to the address on your registered mail ID.

It is the company's responsibility to provide you with the interview results. They may send you an email if you pass or fail the interview on the same day or at a later date of their choosing. Alternatively, your interview status will be displayed in your login dash board next to the job.

7. My Onboarding:

The onboarding process includes both pre-boarding and the welcome process, during which new hires become acquainted with people, and culture of the company.
In online onboarding, the hiring team can drop off an offer letter, an e-form, the company's policy, and other documents in your Maxjobs login dashboard for you to accept, fill out, and read about the policy and procedure before you join the company.

There is a feature just above the My Onboarding Tap. Please sign your name; it will appear on all of your onboarding forms. It is strongly advised that you use your mouse to apply your digital signature (or finger if using a mobile device).

8. My Documents:

The 'Upload New Version' link is a feature that we provide to candidates in order to submit revised or updated documents. Companies will send a link to those candidates who attached inappropriate documents to their application form.

You will not be provided with a link because your uploaded documents are flawless. During the review process, if the company discovers that the documents attached to the job application are out of date, candidates will be sent an "upload link directly from the company's dashboard boards to the candidate's login dashboard."

As part of the recruitment process, only the documents requested are required. You do not need to upload a document if it is not listed in your "My Documents Tab." Please do not mail or contact us with any other documents, as they will not be reviewed.
To complete your file, we only require the documents listed on your "My Document Tab." You should, however, check your "My Documents Tab" on a regular basis because new items may be added when your file is reviewed.
