MET Design:
The MET and its variants are designed to assess the behaviour you learn, the aptitude you are born with, and the technical knowledge and skills you acquire.
MET Versions
The questions in the behavioural, aptitude and knowledge section vary depending on your qualifications, the job you want to apply for, and the specifications the employer is looking for.
MET Dimensions:
Behaviour:How you approach your work and meet job performance indicators. The most productive employees for the organisation will achieve their goals through positive behaviour. MET assesses your behaviour about job requirements. This section should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. Aptitude:
The aptitude section assists you and your employer understand your natural abilities. MET assesses 2-3 aptitudes based on job specifications, such as numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning, logical reasoning, and inductive reasoning. This section should only take about 10 minutes to complete. Technical Knowledge
The more you learn, the more you grow. Knowledge instils confidence that you know to perform well on the job. MET assesses job knowledge and domain expertise based on your qualifications and job specifications. This section should take no more than 10 minutes to finish.
