Please provide your professional email address and phone number when registering, and then follow the steps outlined below:

  • In any web browser, enter https://maxjobs.in and you will land on the home page.
  • On the top right, click "create account," then register as an employer.
  • Enter your professional email ID and unique password, then click Submit.
  • When you submit, Maxjobs will send you an email with a 6-digit "OTP" from no-reply@maxjobs.in to your email address. Please check your inbox, spam, and junk mail folders for it. Then enter the "OTP" and you will be taken to your company profile page. Please fill out all of the required information before posting a job.

If you use the Maxjobs assessment and interview platforms, this number will appear on the admit card you release from the system. If the candidate has any questions, he or she can contact you at this phone number.

If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it by entering your registered email address in the "forgot password" function. Please keep in mind that the following steps must be followed.

  • Simply click on the "Forget password" located beneath the login page details.
  • Enter your email address and click the Submit button, a message will appear on the screen informing you that Maxjobs has sent you an email to your registered email address.
  • Maxjobs will send you an email with a "link" to reset your password from no-reply@maxjobs.in Please look for it in your inbox, spam, and junk mail folders. When you click the "link," you will be taken to the "Reset Password" page. Please reset your password here and/or save it in your system so that you can easily login to your account again.

2. Job Posting:

If this is your first time posting, create an account on Maxjobs, fill out the required information, and then click on the "Post-a-Job" tab on your login dashboard, fill out the details, and submit.

You certainly can. We allow you to post one free job on Maxjobs using your Maxjobs account. It would take 3 hours for a free job posting to appear on the portal. With the free job posting, you can view up to 100 contacts from all applications received for the posted job, as well as use the automated shortlisting functionality.

Each job that you post on Maxjobs has its own dash board. You can view all job applications received, assessments and interviews completed, and onboarding statistics for the posted job.

Maxjobs is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), which is monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In addition, we have a policy of assigning a dedicated account manager based on hiring numbers and time frame. However, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (IST) Monday through Friday, every Maxjobs customer has direct access to our Gurgaon, Haryana, India-based support team via chat, phone, and email.

No, you will not receive multiple applications for the same position from the same candidates. If a candidate attempts to reapply, the job will display "already applied.
If he/she attempts to reapply by creating a new account on Maxjobs, he/she will be unable to apply because the system only accepts one application per Aadhaar number to avoid duplication.
