PREMIUM PROFILES ( Maxjobs Employability Test-MET)
By getting a 'Premium Profile,' the candidate can be on a statistically favorable side as their application for any job or internship will be displayed as a preferred application. It will benefit when recruiters search resumes using 'Download CV.' Maxjobs allows greater exposure to recruiters for the premium members ( Who has given the MET) but does not guarantee or warrant success in getting the job. PROFILE VIEWS
The number of times a candidate's profile is loaded for viewing will be displayed in the candidate's profile by the calculations done by the Artificial Intelligence System. Maxjobs does not influence the views gained in any way.
CHAT AND DISCUSSION FORUM
There are separate "Chat" and "Discussion" pages provided in the Maxjobs Platform. All the users who use these pages and any information posted or shared here are at the sole responsibility and discretion of the users. Although users can post questions and answers related to the services and receive them, Maxjobs cannot keep an account of each information exchange done here. Hence, the users should use these pages sporting their personal responsibility.
It is for the users to acknowledge that Maxjobs is not responsible for the information shared in the Chat/Discussion Forum. It is also not responsible for any dispute between the users in the respective forum. The user can contact the grievances cell and inform us of related matters.

ANY AMOUNT ADDITIONS IN THE FUTURE, TO ABIDE BY THE NEW GST LAW, WILL BE RECOVERED OVER THE AGREED AMOUNT.
YOU ALSO AGREE TO HOLD MAXJOBS AND ITS ENTIRE TEAM UNACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGE OR HARM THAT YOU EXPERIENCE WHILE USING THE SERVICES OF MAXJOBS, RELATING TO ANY INFORMATION THAT IS PROVIDED BY YOUR SOLE CONSENT IN YOUR PROFILE, JOB APPLICATION FORM, WITH PERSONAL DOCUMENTS YOU HAVE UPLOADED ON THE REQUEST OF EMPLOYER, CV, RESUME, JOB, AND CHAT AND DISCUSSION FORUM, JOB AND INTERNSHIP POSTING, IN COMPANY REVIEWS OR THROUGH MESSAGE INTERACTION WITH OTHER USERS OR ANY OTHER RELATED MATTER.
In case of any disputes between Maxjobs and its users, while using the services concerning the validity, implementation, or breach of Terms and Conditions and others in any way, a neutral third party arbitrator shall be called to resolve the issue, with the decision made by them, being final for both sides.
The laws mentioned by the Republic of India shall be the governing principle in the mentioned Terms and Conditions. The court of law, where the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996 will govern to resolve dispute proceedings, is the only exclusive party here. Also, the remaining elements of the Terms of Use shall be valid and applicable even if any provision in the respective Terms is stated invalid by a judiciary court.
The availability of the Privacy and Cookie Policy of Maxjobs is provided here. In the context of the user, compliance issues relating to Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions will result in termination of all the user rights offered. Any offensive remark or deed shall also be eliminated by Maxjobs.
