Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic BBA/MBA students (preferably with an HR specialization) to join us as HR Interns. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions within a fast-paced, impact-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes: job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-ups.

• Support onboarding and induction for new employees and field staff.

• Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and databases.

• Draft HR letters, notices, and internal communication materials.

• Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

• Coordinate training programs and collect feedback.

• Support HR team in audits, compliance, and basic reporting tasks.

Eligibility Criteria

• Pursuing BBA or MBA (preferably in HR or General Management).

• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.

• Available for a full-time, in-office internship in Gurgaon.
