Job Summary: 
We need Site Supervisors to manage solar installations. You'll visit sites, coordinate with farmers and installers, conduct surveys, and collect documents (including Joint Commission Reports). Responsibilities include updating Google Sheets, uploading photos, assisting with material dispatch, and reporting progress. The role requires field travel and clear team communication. We are hiring 10 Site Supervisors for permanent full-time positions all over the Maharastra. The role requires working from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM daily. Selected candidates must join within 7 days of receiving the offer.

Qualifications:

Diploma/ITI/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or related technical fields. 0-2 years of field experience in technical roles. Proficiency in neutral Hindi and expertise in the regional language. Must be comfortable with daily travel to rural villages. Preference given to male candidates. Must possess a personal two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with valid driving license

Key Responsibilities:

The Site Supervisor will share Detailed Project Reports, conduct site surveys, perform post-installation inspections, and verify Resource Management System data. Responsibilities include identifying material shortages, coordinating warehouse dispatches, collecting Joint Commission Reports, and liaising with farmers and Installation Partners daily. The role requires uploading site photos to government portals, tracking component numbers, creating district-wise installation plans, maintaining MIS records on Google Sheets, obtaining JCR signatures, coordinating warehouse logistics, and aligning daily installation schedules.

Interview Process:
The selection process consists of two stages - an initial combined HR and technical round conducted via video call, followed by a final face-to-face interview with the State Head. Candidates should be prepared to attend the in-person interview at Aurangabad (Maharashtra)
