Job Summary:

We are looking for Warehouse Quality Executive – Trainees focused on Inward Quality Checks and Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) for our solar material warehouses at Beed and Kewrai (Maharashtra). You will be responsible for verifying material quality during receipt, conducting pre-dispatch quality validation, maintaining warehouse quality standards, and ensuring accurate documentation. This is a full-time, permanent field-based role requiring timely coordination with central teams and strict adherence to compliance procedures. Candidates must be able to join within 7 days of the offer.

Qualifications:

• ITI/Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Logistics, or related fields

• 0–2 years of hands-on experience in warehouse quality/inventory/dispatch roles

• Strong knowledge of quality standards and material inspection processes

• Ability to work with Google Sheets/Excel, and image documentation tools

• Familiarity with inventory tagging, GRNs, PDI protocols preferred

• Fluent in Hindi and Marathi; able to document issues clearly

• Male candidates preferred due to field and warehouse movement

• Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license for local travel

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inward quality checks on received solar pumps, panels, inverters, cables, etc.

• Verify materials against GRNs and delivery challans for quantity, specs, and physical condition

• Perform Pre-Dispatch Inspections (PDI) to ensure readiness and quality before shipping to site

• Tag defective items, maintain rejection logs, and coordinate with vendors for replacements

• Upload geo-tagged photo records and quality reports to internal systems

• Track material serial numbers, warranties, and batch details

• Maintain up-to-date inventory and quality data in MIS/Google Sheets

• Coordinate with Site Supervisors for timely dispatches and feedback

• Follow warehouse SOPs and ensure safe, clean storage conditions

• Support internal audits and report to the central Quality Assurance team

2. Round 2: Final Face-to-Face Interview with State Head at Aurangabad (MH) or Indore (MP)
