Job Summary:

We are looking for Field Quality Trainees to support on-site quality monitoring and inspection of solar installations. The role involves checking the quality of materials, validating on-ground installation practices, ensuring safety protocols, documenting quality issues, and reporting non-compliance. Candidates will work closely with site teams, vendors, and the central quality team to uphold project standards. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Nasik, requiring immediate joining within 7 days of offer.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to ₹2.5 LPA (fixed, on-time payment)

• Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, regular day shift

Qualifications:

• ITI/Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant fields

• 0–2 years’ experience in field or quality inspection roles

• Comfortable using Google Sheets and mobile apps for reporting

• Strong communication skills in neutral Hindi and local language (Marathi)

• Willing to travel daily to rural sites around Nasik

• Male candidates preferred

• Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with valid driving license

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality checks during and post-installation of solar pumps

• Verify alignment with technical drawings and specifications

• Inspect materials, installations, and workmanship for quality compliance

• Report deviations and raise flags in case of substandard work

• Upload inspection reports and geo-tagged photos on centralized systems

• Coordinate with Site Supervisors, Installers, and Quality Leads

• Support in verifying Joint Commission Reports (JCR) data

• Document daily quality metrics in Google Sheets/MIS

• Ensure all safety, quality, and compliance measures are being met

Interview Process:

1. Round 1: Combined HR + Technical Interview via Video Call

2. Round 2: Final Face-to-Face Interview with State Head at Aurangabad (MH) or Indore (MP)
