Role and Responsibilities:

As a Apprentice Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience, learning technical processes and safety protocols under expert guidance. You’ll participate in training on smart factory technologies, collaborate with teams on projects, and contribute to business goals. • डिप्लोमा - ऑटोमोबाइल इंजीनियरिंग, प्रोडक्शन इंजीनियरिंग, मैकेनिकल इंजीनियरिंग, मेकाट्रॉनिक्स इंजीनियरिंग, इलेक्ट्रिकल इंजीनियरिंग, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स और इंस्ट्रूमेंटेशन इंजीनियरिंग।

• कुल पद: 200+

• पुरुष और महिला दोनों आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

• कार्य स्थान – पुणे ( Work Location-Pune, Maharashtra)

• तीन वर्षों में औसत अंक कम से कम 50% होना चाहिए।

• पास आउट वर्ष: 2023 और 2024

• आयु: 18 से 24 वर्ष के बीच।

• कोर्स और शिक्षा में कोई "ईयर डाउन" या "गैप" नहीं होना चाहिए।

• जॉइनिंग के समय, उम्मीदवारों की आयु 18 वर्ष होनी चाहिए और महिलाओं का न्यूनतम वजन 45 किलोग्राम तथा पुरुषों का न्यूनतम वजन 50 किलोग्राम होना चाहिए। जॉइनिंग प्रक्रिया में एक प्री-एम्प्लॉयमेंट मेडिकल चेक-अप, दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन, ई-ऑनबोर्डिंग, इंडक्शन ट्रेनिंग और तैनाती शामिल हैं। जॉइनिंग मेडिकल फिटनेस और वैध दस्तावेज़ों के आधार पर होगी। नियुक्ति पत्र सभी औपचारिकताओं की पूर्णता के बाद जारी किया जाएगा।

• Eligibility Criteria:

  ü  Fresher Diploma Engineers in Automobile, Production, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics & Instrumentation.  Diploma Engineer from State Board Technical Education /Director of Technical Education approved or selected Autonomous Institutes /AICTE Approved institutes.  

  ü  Minimum average of marks 50% in 03 years. 

  ü  Pass out year: 2023, and 2024. 

  ü  Age : between 18 to 24 years. 

  ü  No ''Year Down'' or ''Gap'' throughout the course and education. 

  ü  Total positions: 200+

  ü  Male and Female both can apply.

  At the time of joining, candidates must be 18 years old with a minimum weight of 45 kg for females and 50 kg for males. The joining process includes a pre-employment medical check-up, document verification, E-Onboarding, induction training, and deployment. Joining is subject to medical fitness and valid documents. The appointment letter will be issued once all formalities are completed.

वेतन /भत्ता:

डिप्लोमा अपरेंटिस ट्रेनी (DAT) पद के लिए वेतन ₹15,500/माह होगा, जिसमें निःशुल्क भोजन (नाश्ता और लंच), निःशुल्क परिवहन (पिक और ड्रॉप), और चिकित्सा सुविधाएं प्रदान की जाएंगी। पहले वर्ष के बाद, प्रदर्शन और व्यापारिक आवश्यकताओं के आधार पर उम्मीदवारों को तकनीकी प्रशिक्षु (TT) के पद पर पदोन्नति दी जा सकती है।

Salary (Stipend): The stipend for the Diploma Apprentice Trainee (DAT) position is Rs. 15,500/month, with free food (breakfast and lunch), free transportation (pick and drop), and medical facilities. After the first year, based on performance and business needs, candidates may be promoted to Technical Trainee (TT).
